Vice President – Human Resources at Center for Life Management (CLM) - Derry, NH

The Center for Life Management is a non-profit community mental health organization that has been serving the people and communities of Southern New Hampshire for 40 years.

We are dedicated to helping people achieve their optimal mental health and overall well-being, helping them maximize family and other important relationships in their lives, and providing supportive services to help them be as healthy, successful and productive as possible in their daily lives.

The VP of Human Resources is a new full-time position responsible for directing all the people functions for the Agency including recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, benefits and compliance.  The position will play a key role in developing the HR strategy in support of the Agency’s strategic directions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years experience in an HR leadership role; HR certification (PHR or SPHR) and a master’s degree preferred.  The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, have strong technical competence, excellent communication skills and proficiency with a variety of software applications including MS Office.
